Venue only

You have the option of simply booking our venue for the weekend (midday Friday to midday Sunday).  This is the ultimate DIY style which allows you to manage your own set up, decorations, music, catering and photography.

Basics Package

The Basics Package includes the venue for the weekend, set up and clean up, Catering package of your choice, Drinks package of your choice, Music Package of your choice - but you organise the rest.

Deluxe Package

The Deluxe option gives you everything in the Basics, plus Celebrant package, Photography package, Floral Package and Functions Manager.

Luxury Package

The ultimate event decadence.  We do everything!  You get the Venue, the Catering, the Drinks, the Music, the Photography, the Celebrant, the Flowers, the Invitations, the Decorations, the Cake and the Functions Manager.  All you need worry about on the day is enjoying the experience.

Staffing

If you choose a package that does not include staff, but would like to have us provide this service, you can choose this as an optional add on service.

Transport

We have facilities for parking of up to 20 cars at the venue, and can also arrange for a bus service to and from Canberra/Queanbeyan/Bungendore with this optional add on service.

Pet Chaperones

We have a range of business partners that specialise in various services and one of those is Pet Chaperones.  We are a pet friendly venue and for those wanting to bring their pets to be a part of their day, this is an add on service that can also be selected with any package.

Nanny Service

We have a Certificate III qualified nanny available to book for the bridal couple, should you want your little ones involved in the day but not in the way.  This is an optional add on service that can also be selected with any package.

$220 per hour

3 hour minimum

Available Fridays from 6pm - 11pm, Saturdays from 9am - 11pm and Sundays from 9am - 6pm

The Stables @ Callemondah, seating for up to 54 available, additional seating in our Open Air Pavilion (a series of marquees) for up to 160 total

Tables, chairs, crockery, cutlery, glassware are all included

Amenities block with eco friendly composting toilets and rainwater to all taps
